Delete Your Account

When you delete your MyPeptidePal™ account, all of your data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems. This includes:

• Your profile and account information
• All chat conversations and AI interaction history
• Research protocols you have created
• Daily tracking data and metrics
• Shot reminders and medication logs
• Subscription and billing records
• Vendor reviews you have submitted
• Any uploaded files or profile photos
• Preferences and onboarding data

Before You Delete

• This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
• Export your data first. If you want to keep a copy of your protocols or tracking data, make sure to export them before deleting your account.
• Active subscriptions. Deleting your account will cancel any active subscription. You will not be charged again, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
• Password required. You will need to confirm your password to complete the deletion process.

After Deletion

• You will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address
• You will be immediately logged out of all devices
• Your email address will be available to register a new account if you choose to return
• Anonymous contributions (such as community content) may be retained but will no longer be associated with your identity

1. Log into your MyPeptidePal™ account
2. Go to Settings
3. Scroll to the "Delete Account" section
4. Click "Delete My Account"
5. Enter your password to confirm
6. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted
