Billing Cycles
- Monthly: Billed monthly in advance on the same date you subscribed
- Annual: Billed yearly in advance with discount pricing
- All fees are charged in US dollars

How It Works

What Happens When You Cancel

- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation

Refund Policy
No Refunds: We do not provide refunds for subscription fees under normal circumstances.

- Switch from annual to monthly billing at your renewal date

Billing Cycle Changes
- Switch between monthly and annual billing
- Annual-to-monthly changes take effect at renewal
- Monthly-to-annual changes are processed immediately
Account Access After Cancellation
Complete Access Loss
- When your paid period ends after you cancel, you lose all access to MyPeptidePal™
- No login access to your account
- Your account and all data will be deleted
Reactivating
- Resubscribe anytime to create a new account
- Previous data and protocols will not be available
- You'll start fresh with a new account
