Billing Cycles

  • Monthly: Billed monthly in advance on the same date you subscribed
  • Annual: Billed yearly in advance with discount pricing
  • All fees are charged in US dollars

How It Works

  • Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless you cancel

What Happens When You Cancel

  • Billing stops immediately - no future charges
  • You keep full access until your current billing period ends (monthly or annual)

How to Cancel

  1. Log into your MyPeptidePal™ account
  2. Go to Settings → Billing
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm cancellation

Refund Policy

No Refunds: We do not provide refunds for subscription fees under normal circumstances.

Plan Changes

Upgrading

Downgrading

  • Downgrade from Pro to Basic anytime
  • Switch from annual to monthly billing at your renewal date
  • Changes take effect immediately
  • Next billing cycle will be at the new plan rate and cycle

Billing Cycle Changes

  • Switch between monthly and annual billing
  • Annual-to-monthly changes take effect at renewal
  • Monthly-to-annual changes are processed immediately

Account Access After Cancellation

Complete Access Loss

  • When your paid period ends after you cancel, you lose all access to MyPeptidePal™
  • No login access to your account
  • Your account and all data will be deleted

Reactivating

  • Resubscribe anytime to create a new account
  • Previous data and protocols will not be available
  • You'll start fresh with a new account
